faulty wardrobe motion sensors

The location was acceptable as it was close to many places I wanted to visit.

My room was not as described I found the wardrobe would not close properly. The light inside kept turning on because of motion sensors every time I moved in bed. A manager suggested I leave and go home free of charge since the wardrobe could not be fixed immediately that night.

adequate stay with some disappointments

malfunctioning air conditioning worn furniture

the air conditioning in my room did not function properly (i found this out on the first night). despite reporting this to the front desk, the issue remained unresolved . the room's furniture looked worn. i think the hotel is overpriced considering these issues.

uncomfortable bed limited tv channels

the location was acceptable, being close to the underground station.

The room i booked was not what i expected. i found the bed uncomfortable because it was like two single beds pushed together. I could feel the join. also, the tv had limited channels and lacked smart tv capabilities.

convenient location cute staff maintained room

The hotel's proximity to Aldgate tube station made getting around very easy. The staff was cute and helpful at all times . I found my room to be quite clean and well kept .

The walls seemed a bit thin and I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

i found the location convenient, with aldgate station nearby. the hotel gym was well-equipped. i appreciated the cardio machines, cable machine, and free weights available. the staff were very helpful .

A few minor issues.

The location was convenient. Aldgate station was very close. I appreciated the helpful staff who were always available. The room was clean. I found fresh towels daily.

The air conditioning made a strange noise at night and was difficult to regulate. The room was smaller than I expected and felt a bit cramped. The minibar prices seemed quite high. I chose not to use it.

great location convenient arrival perfect facilities unpleasant hostess wide open door see through wall

the location was great, it was next to the underground. it was convenient to arrive from kings cross. the facilities in the room was perfect. i enjoyed as beautiful meal in the hotel restaurant it was priced well.

the hotel is home to a bar it meant we had to deal with the unpleasant hostess for it. the door to the hotel was wide open she closed it as we entered. the bathroom is nice, but the 'wall' separating it from the bedroom is see through when the bathroom light is on.
